 The University of Dayton, School of Law seeks applicants for a visiting faculty position for the fall semester, 2008, and possibly to extend to the winter semester, 2009.  The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in civil procedure and advanced civil procedure.  Successful candidates must have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school, an outstanding academic record, and experience in teaching or practicing in the area of civil litigation.  Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
